Nothing beats a home-grilled burger with all the fixings.



  • 12 Maya Onion, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce

Step 1

Slice onion and saute in oil and Worcestershire sauce, covered, on medium/low heat until soft and browned.


  • 1 13 pounds Ground Chuck
  • 34 teaspoon Garlic Salt, sprinkled on patties
  • 34 teaspoon Fine Ground Black Pepper, sprinkled on patties

Step 2

Form patties roughly 1/3 pound each. Season lightly.


  • 1 cup Iceberg Lettuce, shredded
  • 1 Tomato, sliced
  • 1 cup Fresh Guacamole

Step 3

Cut and set aside garnishes.


  • 4 slices American Cheese Slices

Step 4

Grill burgers on high heat until medium rare. Melt cheese at end of grilling cycle.


  • 14 cup Ketchup
  • 14 cup Yellow Mustard
  • 14 cup Dijon Mustard
  • 14 cup Mayonnaise
  • 4 Hamburger Buns

Step 5

Serve with grilled onions, garnishes, and desired toppings.
