Cheesy Bacon Dip

Directions

 

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

Ingredients

  • 16 ounces Sour Cream
  • 12 ounces Bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese, at room temperature
  • 13 cup Scallion, sliced (about 3 scallions)
  • 8 ounces Shredded Cheddar Cheese, about 2 cups

Step 2

In a large bowl, stir together all of the ingredients until thoroughly combined.
 

Step 3

Spoon mixture into a baking dish. (Original recipe calls for 1 1/2 quart baking dish)
 

Step 4

Bake until the dip is bubbling and starting to brown on top, 30 to 35 minutes. Serve warm with chips, baguette slices or your favorite crackers.
