Cherry-Berry Jello Pie

This is a variation of the recipe listed on Kraft Foods. I didn't have all of the ingredients that they called for so I improvised & think I came up with something even better.



  • 1 14 cups Cherry Juice
  • 12 cup Sugar, or use splenda to cut calories
  • 3 tablespoons Cornstarch
  • 1 package Raspberry Gelatin, regular or sugar-free (to cut calories)

Step 1

MIX apple juice, sugar and cornstarch in saucepan; cook on medium heat 2 min. or until thickened, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Add dry gelatin mix; stir 2 min. until completely dissolved.


  • 2 cups Fresh Strawberries, cut in half
  • 1 Shortbread Pie Crust Shell, or graham pie crust

Step 2

ARRANGE strawberries, cut-sides down, on bottom of crust; cover with gelatin mixture.

Step 3

REFRIGERATE 2 hours or until firm. Store leftovers in refrigerator.
