Chickbee Salad

Meat-free alternative to Egg or Tuna salad. YUM!



  • 15 ounces Canned Garbanzos (Chickpeas), rinsed and drained

Step 1

Rinse and drain the chickpeas. Mash with a fork or potato masher.


  • 4 tablespoons vegenaise
  • 3 tablespoons Dill Pickle Relish
  • 12 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 dash Black Pepper
  • 1 dash Salt

Step 2

Add in the Vegannaise, relish, seasonings and mix thoroughly.

Step 3

Serve on toast, with crackers, or my personal favorite, with giant celery sticks as chopsticks.
