Chicken And Wild Rice

  • 1 tablespoon Margarine
  • 2 cups Sliced Mushrooms
  • 12 cup Green Onion, chopped

Step 1

Melt margarine in Dutch oven. Cook mushrooms & green onions 2-3 minutes until mushrooms release juice.


  • 3 cans Chicken Broth
  • 2 cups Wild Rice, cooked
  • 12 cup Chicken, cut and cooked
  • 12 cup Carrots, coarse shredded
  • 12 teaspoon Poultry Seasoning
  • 14 teaspoon Dried Marjoram

Step 2

Add everything else except Sherry. Simmer uncovered 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.


  • 2 tablespoons Cooking Sherry

Step 3

Stir in sherry and serve.
