Chicken-Apple Wraps

Directions

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon Vegetable Oil

Step 1

Heat oil in a medium nonstick skillet over medium heat.

Ingredients

  • 2 Shallots, peeled and finely chopped
  • 12 Celery, finely diced

Step 2

Sauté shallots and celery for 1 to 2 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 1 large Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, thinly sliced

Step 3

Add chicken and cook for 3 minutes, stirring frequently, or until chicken is completely cooked through.

Ingredients

  • 12 Apple, Green, peeled, thinly sliced
  • 14 cup Fresh Chives, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Mayonnaise
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Step 4

Remove from the heat and stir in the apple, chives and mayonnaise. Season to taste with salt and freshly ground black pepper.

Ingredients

  • 4 slices Cheddar Cheese
  • 2 Whole Wheat Wraps

Step 5

Put the sliced cheese on the wraps, spoon the warm chicken-apple mixture on top, roll up and slice each wrap in half. Serve immediately.
