Chicken Artichoke Linguine

  • 6 ounces Linguine

Step 1

Cook Linguine as directed, drain.


  • 6 ounces Marinated Artichoke Hearts
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 12 cup Onion, coarsely chopped

Step 2

Drain liquid from Artichoke Hearts into a 10 inch skillet. Cut artichoke hearts in half and reserve. Add oil to Artichoke marinade. Add onion and cook until tender.


  • 2 cups Chicken, cubed
  • 1 cup Frozen Peas
  • 12 cup Smoked Ham, sliced into 1/4" stips
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • 14 teaspoon Pepper

Step 3

Stir Artichoke Hearts, chicken, peas, ham, oregano, and pepper into onion mixture. Cook until hot and chicken is cooked thoroughly. Remove from heat.


  • 8 ounces Sour Cream

Step 4

Stir in Sour Cream. Toss in linguine.
