Chicken Bolognese

Chicken Bolognese

  • 2 Chicken Breasts, bone/skinless
  • Lawry's Seasoned Salt
  • 2 pinches Garlic Powder
  • 2 pinches Dried Thyme

Step 1

Drizzle the chicken breasts with olive oil and season with Lawry's, garlic powder and thyme. Rub the mixture into the chicken. Sear on the grill over medium-high heat until browned on both sides but not cooked through, about 5 minutes total. Remove from the pan and chop roughly.


  • 1 cup Fresh Spinach
  • 7 cloves Garlic
  • 4 leaves Fresh Basil, plus more for garnish
  • 2 pinches Fresh Oregano, chopped
  • pinch Grated Parmesan
  • 3 tablespoons Olive Oil, more for drizzling
  • Salt and Pepper

Step 2

Add the chicken to a food processor, along with spinach, garlic, basil, oregano, parmesan, olive oil, salt and pepper. Pulse until coarsely chopped.


  • 1 jar Marinara Sauce

Step 3

Transfer chicken mixture to a saucepan and mix with the marinara sauce and splash of olive oil. Simmer, covered, until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce is thickened, 20-30 minutes.


  • 1 pound Penne Pasta

Step 4

Cook the pasta according to the package directions. Toss with the bolognese sauce and serve garnished with fresh basil.
