Chicken Enchilada Dip

  • 2 cups Cooked Chicken, shredded
  • 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 can Evaporated Milk, 5 oz or 1/2 cup
  • 1 stalk Celery, chopped
  • 13 cup Onion, finely chopped
  • 1 can Chopped Green Chilis, 4 oz
  • 1 packet Taco Seasoning
  • Tortilla Chips

Step 1

In microwave safe dish, combine all ingredients except chips. Microwave uncovered 4-5 minutes, stir. Microwave uncovered 3-4 minutes until heated through. Serve with chips. Any leftovers - refrigerate and reheat in microwave.
