Directions

 

Step 1

Preheat oven to 200 degrees c (400 f)

Ingredients

  • 23 ounces Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, cut into strips.

Step 2

Saute Chicken Breasts until Golden Brown.

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cumin
  • 1 12 teaspoons Whole Coriander Seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cardamom (Cardamon), green
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Ginger
  • 1 teaspoon Spanish Paprika
  • 34 teaspoon Chili Powder
  • 1 pinch Ground Nutmeg
  • 3 tablespoons Butter

Step 3

Add half of the Garam Masala mix and stir well in.

Ingredients

  • 1 pinch Salt

Step 4

Place the chicken in a baking dish with the mix and add salt.

Ingredients

  • 1 medium Red Bell Pepper, finely chopped
  • 1 14 cups Sour Cream, or whipping cream
  • 1 medium Red Bell Pepper, finely chopped

Step 5

Mix the sour cream with the bell pepper with the rest of the Garam Masala mix.
 

Step 6

Spread the remaining mix over the chicken.
 

Step 7

Bake in the oven for approx 20 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Parsley, finely chopped

Step 8

Spread the fresh parsley over prior to serving. Consider serving with low carb cauliflower rice Or low carb chippatis.
