Chicken Hot Wings

Chicken Hot Wings

Step 1

Heat a smoker to 225 degrees.


  • 1 tablespoon Kosher Salt
  • 1 12 teaspoons Pepper
  • 1 12 teaspoons Cajun Seasoning
  • 2 12 pounds Frozen Chicken Wing

Step 2

Mix salt, pepper and cajun seasoning, sprinkle over chicken wings. Cook chicken wings in the preheated smoker until tender, 1hr to 1hr 15min.


  • 23 cup Franks Red Hot Wing Sauce
  • 12 cup Butter
  • 1 12 tablespoons White Vinegar
  • 12 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 18 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 pinch Salt

Step 3

Combine hot sauce, butter, vinegar, worcestershier, garlic powder and salt into a saucepan and cook over low heat, stirring often until butter is melted and sauce is smooth. Remove from heat.

Step 4

Preheat an outdoor grill for medium-high heat and lightly oil grate.

Step 5

Transfer smoked wings to a large bowl; stir in 1/2 of the sauce until wings are evenly coated. Grill coated wings until skin is browned and starting to get crispy, 4-5 minutes per side.

Step 6

Transfer to a large bowl and stir in remaining sauce until wings are well-coated.
