Chicken Parmesan

Classic chicken parmesan. A kids favorite.



  • 1 Egg
  • 12 cup Milk

Step 1

Whisk egg and milk.


  • 3 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Step 2

Heat oil in heavy skillet over medium-high heat.


  • 2 Boneless Chicken Breasts, sliced butterfly style to half-thickness
  • 1 cup Seasoned Bread Crumbs

Step 3

Dredge chicken breast in egg mixture, then in a bowl filled with bread crumbs. Brown chicken breast in skillet until golden, about 2 minutes per side.


  • 12 pound Fresh Mozzarella, sliced
  • 1 pound Fresh Marinara Sauce
  • 12 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated

Step 4

Place chicken breasts in baking dish. Arrange mozzarella slices on chicken. Cover with marinara. Sprinkle with grated parmesan. Bake at 350-degrees 25-30 minutes until bubbly.
