Crisp, cheesy chicken with tomato sauce - this is sure to be a new favourite for all the family

Ingredients
Step 1
Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a pan. Add the garlic and cook for a few minutes. Add the tomatoes and chilli flakes then simmer for 20 minutes until thickened. Season.

Bash out the chicken a little then dust each fillet with seasoned flour. Dip in egg then mix the parmesan and breadcrumbs and coat the chicken. Fry in a little olive oil for 4-5 minutes each side until crisp and golden. Serve with the watercress and some sauce.
