Directions

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, broiled chopped into 1/2 inch cubes
  • 4 Celery Stalks, chopped
  • 4 tablespoons Fat-Free Mayonnaise
  • 4 tablespoons Onion, chopped
  • 2 teaspoons Curry Powder
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon Mustard
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste
  • 8 tablespoons Raisins, optional

Step 1

Combine first 8 ingredients ina bowl. Mix well.

Ingredients

  • Shredded Lettuce
  • 2 Whole Wheat Pita Bread

Step 2

Spoon 1 serving into 1/2 pita and top with shredded lettuce.
