Step 1

Pour yourself another glass of wine. Let's get this party started

Ingredients

  • 40 Accompaniments, For dipping in fondue

Step 2

Make sure that you have items for dipping in the fondue. With a sweet fondue like this, you should consider the following types of things: cinnamon-sugar tortilla chips, dried fruit, toasted brioche, biscotti, apple wedges, and strawberries

Ingredients

  • 12 pound Chevre (Goat Cheese), Cut into 1/2 inch slices
  • 14 cup Cream Sherry
  • 13 cup Half and Half
  • 14 cup Dark Brown Sugar, firmly packed
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tablespoon Ancho Chili Powder
  • 12 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 pinch Kosher Salt

Step 3

Throw everything left into the fondue pot over VERY low heat. Stir FREQUENTLY, until the mixture is smooth and creamy (just like you, baby) and the cheese is completely melted.
 

Step 4

Put some Beck on the stereo hi-fi. Break out the after dinner cocktails, light some candles and serve your fondue with fondue forks and pride.
