Directions

Ingredients

  • 1 12 pounds Ground Beef, can be ground or chopped

Step 1

brown meat on medium high heat, drain fat (if any).

Ingredients

  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 whole Pepper, red and yellow or orange
  • 4 cloves Garlic, can substitute with 2 tbsp garlic powder

Step 2

chop onion, peppers, and garlic (really fine). add to meat, cook and stir 5 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 1 can Diced Tomatoes, medium can, can substitute for Crushed Tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 can Tomato Sauce, large can
  • 14 teaspoon Dried Ground Thyme, can substitute with 2 tbsp fresh thyme
  • 14 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 13 cup Chili Powder
  • 1 can Tomato Paste, small can

Step 3

Add tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, tomato paste, and all spices.

Ingredients

  • 3 cans Chili Beans, kidney,pinto,black

Step 4

add beans.
 

Step 5

lower temperature to low to medium heat, cook for one hour, stirring frequency. Turn to low heat and simmer one more hour.
