Chili With Beans

Directions

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds Ground Beef
  • 12 teaspoon Chili Powder
  • 14 teaspoon Cumin
  • 2 Onions, chopped
  • 1 Jalapeno Pepper, seeded and chopped - wear gloves!!!!
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced

Step 1

Cook ground beef, onion and jalapeno in large pot. Season with seasonings. Add garlic when almost done. Drain.

Ingredients

  • 2 cans Canned Diced Tomatoes
  • 1 can Chili Beans
  • 1 can Ranch Beans
  • 1 12 cups Water
  • 1 can Tomato Paste, 6 oz
  • 12 cup Green Chile Salsa or Jalapeno Salsa
  • 3 tablespoons Chili Powder, or more to taste

Step 2

Stir in tomatoes, beans, water, tomato paste, salsa, and 3-4 tablespoons chili powder. Cover and simmer 20 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 1 can Kidney Beans, drained
  • 1 bottle Beer
  • 12 teaspoon Cumin
  • Salt and Pepper

Step 3

Add kidney beans, beer, cumin and season with salt and pepper. Simmer 15 minutes.

  • Cheese
  • Tortilla Chips

Step 4

Top with cheese and crushed tortilla chips.
