Chinese Vegetable Stir Fry

  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 12 cups Broccoli Florets
  • 1 tablespoon Water
  • 34 cup Carrot, sliced
  • 1 12 cups Snow Peas, trimmed
  • 1 clove Minced Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Ginger

Step 1

Heat wok and oil, add broccoli and water. Cook 1 minute. Add rest of vegetables, garlic, and ginger. Cook 1-2 minutes.


  • 3 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 3 tablespoons Chicken Broth
  • 1 teaspoon Cornstarch
  • 2 cups Cooked Rice or Noodles

Step 2

In small bowl, combine soy sauce, chicken broth, and cornstarch. Add to wok - cook 1 minute. Serve over rice or noodles.
