Chocolate Almond Coconut Clusters (aka "Oh My God! Cookies")

Wheat-free, dairy-free and possibly sugar-free depending on the chocolate used, but definitely NOT nut-free.



  • 12 cup Peanut Butter
  • 2 tablespoons Coconut Oil
  • 12 cup Honey or Agave
  • 14 teaspoon Salt

Step 1

Mix peanut butter, honey or agave, coconut oil and salt.


  • 14 cup Coconut Flour, sifted

Step 2

Stir in coconut flour and mix thoroughly.


  • 1 cup Coconut Flakes
  • 1 cup Almonds, coursely chopped, toasted
  • 12 cup Chocolate Chips

Step 3

With hands, work in flaked coconut, nuts and chocolate chips.

Step 4

Roll dough into 1 1/2 inch balls. Place on a lightly greased cookie sheet and flatten balls to a 2" diameter.

Step 5

Bake at 375F for 12 minutes or until golden.

Step 6

Cool for a few minutes on cookie sheet. Makes 18 cookies.
