Chocolate Chip Cookies

Put the cookies on PArchment paper to bake- easy clean-up!



  • 16 tablespoons Butter, 2 sticks
  • 2 cups Light Brown Sugar

Step 1

Cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy.


  • 2 Eggs

Step 2

Add eggs one at a time and mix until well combined (1 minute)


  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 12 teaspoon Kosher Salt
  • 2 cups Milk Chocolate Chips, Ghiradelli
  • 2 12 cups Unbleached All-Purpose Flour

Step 3

Add baking soda and salt. Then Chips. Add Flour and mix until just combined.

Step 4

Shape cookies onto parchment lined baking sheet. Bake at 350 for 5-7 minutes, or until golden on the edges. Cool before serving.
