Chocolate Chip Cookies

Step 1

Preheat oven to 150 degrees.


  • 2 14 cups Flour
  • 12 teaspoon Baking Soda

Step 2

Whisk flour and baking soda, set aside.


  • 1 cup Unsalted Butter, softened
  • 12 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1 cup Light Brown Sugar, packed

Step 3

Put butter and sugars in a bowl, with an electric mixer (paddle attachment) mix on medium speed until pale and fluffy, about 2 min.


  • 1 teaspoon Coarse Salt
  • 2 teaspoons Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 2 large Egg

Step 4

Add salt, vanilla and eggs; mix until well blended.


  • 2 cups Semisweet Chocolate Chips, 12 oz

Step 5

Mix in flour mixture. Stir in chocolate chips. Drop heaping tablespoons of dough onto baking sheets lined with nonstick baking mats, spacing 2 inches apart.

Step 6

Bake until edges are golden but centers are still soft, 10-12 minutes. Let cool on sheets on wire racks for 2 minutes. Transfer cookies to wire racks, let cool completely.
