Chocolate Cookie Bark

I make this usually around christmas time and give it as gifts. Everyone loves it. Fun to snack on.

Directions

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons Peanut Butter
  • 1 package White Chocolate, Baker's brand, Melted.
  • 10 Oreo Cookies, Crumbled and Divided.
  • 1 package Semisweet Chocolate, Baker's brand, Melted

Step 1

Add peanut butter to white chocolate; stir until well blended. Stir 1/2 the cookies into each bowl of chocolate.
 

Step 2

Drop spoonfuls of the chocolate mixtures onto waxed paper-covered baking sheet, alternating colors of chocolates. Swirl with knife. REFRIGERATE 1 hour or until firm. Break into pieces.
