Cilantro Dressing

Cilantro Dressing

  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 3 cloves Garlic

Step 1

In a food processor, blend garlic and salt until it makes a paste.


  • 1 cup cilantro, packed
  • 1 cup Parsley, packed

Step 2

Add cilantro and parsley until it makes a fine mince.


  • 13 cup Sherry Wine Vinegar, or you can use red wine vinegar or cider vinegar

Step 3

Add vinegar, process for 10 seconds.


  • 12 cup Olive Oil

Step 4

Add oil in a slow steady stream while the processor is on.


  • 12 teaspoon Hot Pepper Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar

Step 5

Add hot pepper sauce (add what matches your taste) and sugar.

Step 6

Chill the dressing in a glass jar for several hours. Shake to combine before using.
