Cilantro-Lime Butter Spread |

Submitted by: John Fulton
Much simpler than sauces, these delicious toppings are terrific on grilled meats, veggies, and more. Flavored butters go together in a flash and can be stored in the freezer for up to a month. Keep one - or several- on hand for a weeknight meal or an impromptu gathering around the grill. Simply slice off a pat, and place on a warm entree or side.
