Cilantro Lime Rice

Cilantro Lime Rice

  • 1 cup Basmati Rice
  • 2 cups Water
  • 1 teaspoon Vegetable Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Kosher Salt

Step 1

In a small heavy pot, add rice, water, 1 tsp oil and salt. Boil on high until most of the water evaporates. When the water just skims the top of the rice, reduce to low and cover about 15 minutes. Shut off flame and keep covered an additional 5 minute.


  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Cilantro, chopped
  • 12 Lime
  • 2 teaspoons Vegetable Oil

Step 2

In a medium bowl, combine chopped cilantro, lime juice and oil.

Step 3

Fluff rice and add to bowl with lime mixture. Mix gently to combine. Serve.
