Cinnamon Chile Crusted Steak

  • 2 teaspoons Ground Acho Chile Pepper
  • 1 12 teaspoons Cinnamon
  • 1 12 teaspoons Dried Oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Chipotle Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Parsley Flakes
  • 34 teaspoon Coarse Ground Black Pepper
  • 12 teaspoon Ground Cumin
  • 34 teaspoon Kosher Salt
  • 4 New York Strip Steaks, 1 inch thick

Step 1

Mix all spices together and rub into both sides of steaks.

Step 2

Allow steaks to sit at room temperature for 15 to 20 minutes.

Step 3

Grill over medium-high heat for 8 minutes or until steaks are cooked to desired degree of doneness.
