Classic Skillet Lasagna

  • 3 cups Farfalle Pasta

Step 1

Cook pasta as directed omitting salt.


  • 1 pound Italian Sausage
  • 1 small Chopped Onion
  • 2 cans Diced Tomatoes
  • 1 can Tomato Paste
  • 1 12 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

Step 2

Brown sausage then drain. add onions cook 3 minutes or until tender. add tomatoes, tomato paste and 3/4 cup mozzarella; mix well.


  • 1 cup Ricotta Cheese
  • 14 cup Grated Parmesan
  • 2 tablespoons Water
  • 14 teaspoon Freshly Ground Black Pepper

Step 3

Mix ricotta, parmesan, water and pepper.

Step 4

Drain pasta; add to skillet; mix well. top with spoonfuls of cheese mixture and remaining 3/4 cup mozzarella. Cover; cook on low 3 minutes or until mozzarella is melted.
