Coconut Almond Granola

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350.


  • 4 cups Rolled Oats
  • 2 cups Shredded Coconut
  • 2 cups Sliced Almonds

Step 2

Toss the oats, coconut and almonds together in a large bowl.


  • 34 cup Coconut Oil
  • 12 cup Honey

Step 3

Whisk together the oil and honey in a small bowl.

Step 4

Pour the liquid over the oat mixture, and stir with a wooden spoon until all the oats and nuts are coated.

Step 5

Pour onto a 13x18x1 sheet pan. Bake, stirring about every 5 to 10 minutes with a spatula, until the mixture turns an even, golden brown, about 45 minutes. Remove granola from oven and allow to cool, stirring occasionally.


  • 1 cup Dried Fig, or dates
  • 1 cup Dried Cherries
  • 1 cup Dried Blueberry
  • 1 cup Whole Roasted Cashews

Step 6

Add the fruit and cashews. Stir in an airtight container.
