Coconut-Apple Granola

  • 1 large Red Apple, peeled & cored
  • 1 large Handful Fresh Coconut Chunks
  • 1 tablespoon Currants
  • 14 cup Fresh Almonds
  • 12 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 3 tablespoons Apple Juice

Step 1

Run the apple, coconut, and currants through the fine grater of a food processor. Run ½ the almonds through the slicer blade of the food processor, and grind the rest to meal in a nut grinder or blender. Add cinnamon and mix well. Add apple juice to taste. Serves 2.
