Directions

Ingredients

  • 1 Avocado, pitted & peeled
  • 2 cups Ice
  • 1 cup Unsweetened Coconut Milk, (preferably vanilla)
  • 34 cup Coconut Milk
  • 14 cup Agave Nectar

Step 1

In a blender, combine the Avocado, Ice, Unsweetened Coconut Milk, (regular) Coconut Milk whisked with Agave Nectar.

  • Toasted Coconut

Step 2

Serve cold in a tall glass topped with Toasted Coconut.
