Coconut Rice

Coconut Rice

  • 14 ounces Can Coconut Milk
  • 1 14 cups Water
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 pinch Salt

Step 1

In a saucepan, combine coconut milk, water, sugar and salt. Stir until sugar is dissolved and coconut milk is melted.


  • 1 12 cups Uncooked Jasmine Rice

Step 2

Stir in rice. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Cover, reduce heat and simmer 18-20 minutes until rice is tender.
