Directions

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 2 tablespoons Chopped Onion
  • 2 tablespoons Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 12 teaspoon Paprika
  • 14 teaspoon Ground Dry Mustard
  • 1 Egg, slightly beaten
  • 1 can Canned Whole Kernal Corn, drained

Step 1

Place butter and onion in 1 quart casserole. Microwave 1 to 2 minutes on HIGH Add flour, salt, paprika, mustard and pepper. Blend well.

Ingredients

  • 34 cup Milk

Step 2

Add milk and egg mixture slowly, stirring until smooth. Stir in corn. Cover.
 

Step 3

Microwave 5 to 7 minutes, or until bubbly. Let stand 3 to 5 minutes, covered.
