Corndog Muffins

Corndog Muffins

Serve with Crockpot Chili or sliced cucumbers.

Directions

 

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line 18 muffin tins with paper or cooking spray.

Ingredients

  • 1 package Hot Dog

Step 2

Make 18 slices of hot dogs, then dice the rest.

Ingredients

  • 2 boxes Cornbread Mix
  • 1 tablespoon Brown Sugar
  • 14 cup Cheese

Step 3

Mix the cornbread mix, sugar and cheese.

Ingredients

  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 12 cups Milk

Step 4

Whisk the eggs and milk, then pour into the dry ingredients and mix well.
 

Step 5

Spoon about 2 Tbsp of the cornbread mixture into each muffin tin and then add some diced hot dogs. Top with another 2 Tbsp of cornbread mixture then top with a hot dog slice.
 

Step 6

Bake for 12-15 minutes until nice and brown.
 

Step 7

If freezing: Cool the baked corndog muffins then place into a ziplock bag. Store in the freezer for 30 days. Reheat in the microwave.
