Our traditional St. Patrick's day entree.
Directions |
Step 1
Line a large casserole with heavy duty aluminum foil (aids cleanup).

Ingredients
Step 2
Place brisket in foil. Cover liberally with Chili Saunce (Heinz)

Ingredients
Step 3
Cover completely with beer. Fold foil over atop the brisket.
|
Step 4
Cover caserole. Bake at 325-degrees for one hour per pound of brisket weight.
|
Step 5
Serve sliced with yellow mustard, boiled cabbage or sauerkraut.
