A classic cocktail made with a dash of absinthe. These are best for a special occasion because the ingredients, especially the absinthe, are expensive.

Directions

Ingredients

  • 1 ounce Gin
  • 1 ounce Cointreau
  • 1 ounce Lillet Blanc
  • 1 ounce Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
  • 1 dash Absinthe
  • 1⁄2 cup Ice

Step 1

Shake all ingredients together with ice until chilled. Serve in a martini glass.

  • 1 Orange Peel

Step 2

Garnish with orange peel.
