Couscous and Grape Summer Salad

Directions

Ingredients

  • 5 cups Couscous
  • 3 cups Green Seedless Grapes, halved
  • 3 cups Cooked Pork, or chicken, cubed
  • 1 cup Slivered Almonds

Step 1

Put in large bowl.

Ingredients

  • 12 cup White Wine Vinegar
  • 12 cup Canola Oil
  • 12 cup Orange Juice

Step 2

Mix together.
 

Step 3

Pour over salad, and mix well. Refrigerate for a few hours, or overnight. Serve chilled. Refrigerates well for a few days.
