Cozy's Easy Lasagna |
|
Submitted by: Mormon Foodie
This recipe isn't going to win any cooking awards, but it is very easy to make, even for children. The nice part is, you don't have to cook the noodles before baking. If you're on a budget, replace the ricotta cheese with small curd cottage cheese.
Directions |
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
|
Ingredients
Step 2
Spray a 9" x 13" baking pan with non-stick cooking spray. Spread a little bit of spaghetti sauce to cover the bottom of the pan. Put in three lasagna noodles in pan, covering the bottom. Spread one third of the remaining spaghetti sauce over the noodles. Next, layer about one third of the ricotta cheese over the noodles, and about one fourth of the mozzarella cheese. Repeat this step to create three layers. Put extra cheese on the top as desired.
|
Step 3
Cook the lasagna on the center rack of the oven for about one hour, or until noodles are soft.
Cut into squares and serve.
