*Cranberry Pork Chops

  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 medium Yellow Onion, diced

Step 1

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high. Add onion and cook until tender, about 4 minutes.


  • 4 Boneless Pork Loin Chops , cut one inch thick
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Step 2

Season pork chops with salt and pepper and add to skillet. Cook until browned on both sides, about 4 minutes.


  • 16 ounces Whole Berry Cranberry Sauce, canned
  • 14 cup Orange Juice

Step 3

Stir cranberry sauce and orange juice into skillet. Heat just to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer, covered, 5 to 7 minutes more. Serve pork over whole grains with fruit sauce.
