Cream Cheese Coffee Cake

Directions

 

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 cup Cream Cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 12 cup Sweet Butter, melted
  • 3 Eggs
  • 12 teaspoon Ground Cardamom (Cardamon)
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 2 cups Sugar

Step 2

Mix flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder and cardamom. In a separate bowl, mix eggs, butter, milk, vanilla, and cream cheese. Slowly add the dry ingredients to wet mixture. Pour half of batter in a greased bundt pan.

Ingredients

  • 12 cup Cottage Cheese
  • 12 cup Sugar
  • 14 cup Cinnamon Sugar

Step 3

For filling, whip sugar, cottage cheese, and cinnamon sugar. Pour filling over batter in bundt pan. Sprinkle lightly with cinnamon sugar. Pour remaining batter over filling - making sure the batter completely covers the filling.
 

Step 4

Bake for 55 minutes at 350 degrees or until toothpick inserted near the center of cake comes out nearly clean.
