Ingredients
Step 1
Melt butter over low heat. Add flour and whisk into a thick roux. Add milk slowly, whisking away lumps. Will thicken as it simmers.

Add small dash of cayenne and the roast beef, stirring until roast beef is warm.

Toast bread. Serve creamed beef on toast.
