Creamy Corn And Turkey Soup

  • 12 cup Chopped Onion
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper, chopped

Step 1

Cook onions and red peppers in butter in large saucepan an medium heat 5-6 minutes or until crisp tender, stirring constantly.


  • 4 ounces Cream Cheese, cubed

Step 2

Add cream cheese; cook on low for 3-4 minutes or until melted, stirring constantly.


  • 2 cups Turkey, cooked and shredded
  • 2 cups Chicken Broth
  • 1 can Canned Creamed Corn
  • 34 cup Whole Milk

Step 3

Stir in turkey, corn, broth and milk.


  • 12 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper

Step 4

Cook 5 minutes or until soup is heated through, stirring occasionally. serve topped with black pepper.
