Creamy Garlic Prawn (Thermomix)

Creamy Garlic Prawn (Thermomix) + green chilli - mustard (can add if available) - white wine (can add if available)

Directions

Ingredients

  • 4 Garlic Cloves, chopped (or use 1 tbs garlic paste)

Step 1

Put garlic into thermomix - 5 seconds @ speed 5

Ingredients

  • 100 grams Butter, (prefer salted)
  • 12 teaspoon Dried Red Chile Flakes, (optional)
  • 2 Green Chile Peppers, (Can use frozen)

Step 2

Add butter, chopped green chillis and chili flakes and saute for 5 min, temp Varoma, speed 1

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon Flour

Step 3

Add flour and stir in for 5 sec @ speed 5.

Ingredients

  • 12 cup Cream, (or 2 tbs sour cream)
  • 1 cup Chicken Stock, (or use 1 spoon Chicken Powder + 1 cup water)
  • 4 tablespoons White Wine, (optional)

Step 4

With TM on speed 1 insert chicken stock, cream and wine and mix for a few seconds. Bring to boil. 2 min, temp Varoma, speed 1.

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon Mustard, (prefer Dijon Mustard)
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper, (to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon Salt, (to taste)

Step 5

Add mustard and season with salt and pepper to taste.

Ingredients

  • 500 grams Prawns, Peeled raw prawns. Can also use pre-prepared raw garlic prawns.

Step 6

Add prawns and cook for 8min, 100C on reverse, speed soft (<- thats the stirring sign below 1).

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch Fresh Parsley

Step 7

Pour into large bowl and garnish with parsley. Serve with boiled rice.
