Slow cooker comfort food for a rainy day. Great served on a bed of white or wild rice - perfect for re-heats.

Ingredients

  • 1 package Chicken Breast, trim fat

Step 1

Place chicken in slow cooker.

Ingredients

  • 4 ounces Canned Sliced Mushrooms
  • 2 cans Canned Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 1 Dry Mushroom Soup Mix, 1 envelope (many stores seem to have stopped carrying dry mushroom soup - you can substitute in dry chicken soup or an onion mix if needed. Just swap out one of the cans of cream of chicken soup and use a cream of mushroom then to keep the flavors balanc
  • 3⁄4 cup Chicken Broth, use 1/2 to 1 cup

Step 2

Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chicken.
 

Step 3

Cook on low 5-6 hours.
