Creamy Potato Soup

  • 6 slices Bacon, cut into 1/2" pieces
  • 1 Onion, finely chopped

Step 1

Place onion and bacon in a large deep skillet. Cook over medium-high heat until bacon is evenly brown and onions are soft. DRain off excess grease.


  • 2 cans Chicken Broth, condensed
  • 2 cups Water
  • 5 large Potato, diced
  • 12 teaspoon Salt
  • 12 teaspoon Dried Dill Weed
  • 12 teaspoon White Pepper

Step 2

Transfer onion and bacon to slow cooker, and stir in chicken broth, water, poatatoes, salt, dill and white pepper. Cover and cook on low 6-7 hours, stirring ocacasionally.


  • 12 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 2 cups Half and Half Cream
  • 1 can Evaporated Milk

Step 3

In a small bowl whisk together the flour, half and half. Stir into soup along with evaporated milk. Cover and cook another 30 minutes before serving.
