Creamy Salmon Boats

Directions

 

Step 1

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.

Ingredients

  • 3 large Baking Potato, baked

Step 2

Cut potatoes in half lengthwise and scoop out potato, leaving shell with a thin layer of potato. Place scooped out potato in large bowl.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces Light Cream Cheese, softened
  • 12 cup Miracle Whip
  • 14 cup Chopped Onion
  • 12 teaspoon Dried Dill Weed
  • 12 teaspoon Salt

Step 3

Add cream cheese, mayonnaise, onion, dill and salt and mix well.

Ingredients

  • 5 ounces Canned Chicken of the Sea┬« Skinless & Boneless Pink Salmon, Drained

Step 4

Fold in salmon then spoon mixture into potato shells.
 

Step 5

Bake 15 to 20 minutes.
