Step 1
Heat olive oil and butter in a deep skillet over medium heat.

Stir in onion and garlic, and cook until the onion turns translucent, about 5 minutes.

Stir in the celery, bell pepper, crushed tomatoes, tomato sauce,
sugar, salt, chili powder, black pepper, old bay, and a bay leaf and bring to a simmer

Step 4
Reduce heat to medium-low, add chicken cover, and simmer 20 minutes, stirring occasionally until chicken is cooked through.
