*Crock Pot Black Bean Salsa Chicken

  • 2 cans Corn, drained
  • 1 can Black Beans, rinsed and drained
  • 2 cups Salsa, separated

Step 1

Mix corn, black beans, and 1 cup salsa together and put in the bottom of the crock pot.


  • 6 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts, chopped
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Step 2

Add chicken. Salt and pepper to taste, if desired. Add 1 more cup salsa over the top of the chicken.


  • 8 ounces Fat Free Cream Cheese

Step 3

Cook on low for 6 hours. Add cream cheese, cubed and stir in until melted.
