Crockpot Bacon Wrapped Pork Chops With Zesty Sauce

  • 6 Pork Chops, 4 oz each
  • 12 slices Bacon

Step 1

Preheat oven broiler. Set broiler rack 6 inches from heat. Wrap each pork chop in 2 bacon slices to completely cover the chop, and secure with toothpicks. Place the chops on a broiler pan, and broil until browned, about 5 min per side.


  • 12 ounces Chili Sauce
  • 3 tablespoons Brown Sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon Mustard
  • 8 ounces Canned Pineapple Tidbits, drained

Step 2

Mix together the chili sauce, sugar, and mustard in bowl. Place the browned pork chops in bottom of crockpot, and pour sauce mixture over shops. Spread pineapple tidbits over chops, then cook on low 4-6 hours, or until tender.
