Curried Buttermilk Marinade

  • 2 cups Low-Fat Buttermilk
  • 2 tablespoons Curry Powder
  • 2 teaspoons Fine Sea Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper

Step 1

In a medium bowl, whisk together all ingredients. Store in an airtight container in refrigerator for up to several days. Use it to marinate pork, chicken, seafood, or vegetables.
