Curry-Spiced Bloody Marys

Here's an Indian-spiced version of the classic brunch cocktail.



  • 10 cups Tomato Juice, preferably organic
  • 1 23 cups Vodka
  • 12 cup Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
  • 12 cup Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice
  • 2 tablespoons Madras Curry Powder, plus 2 teaspoons
  • 14 cup Balsamic Vinegar

Step 1

Combine first 6 ingredients in large pitcher.


  • 2 teaspoons Fine Sea Salt, or more
  • 1 teaspoon Freshly Ground Black Pepper

Step 2

Whisk in 2 teaspoons sea salt and pepper. Season with more salt, if desired. Cover; chill.


  • Crushed Ice
  • Celery Stalk, for garnish

Step 3

Fill tall glasses with ice. Pour in Bloody Mary mixture. Garnish with celery sticks.
